Ride day runs from a 05:45 start to a late-afternoon finish. The Village has refreshment stations across the public areas, restaurants and catering for accredited groups, first-aid points with ambulance cover, prayer rooms, and Wi-Fi in the public areas. The site plan shows where each one is.

Restaurants and catering

Restaurants and catering at the Butheeb International Endurance Village Hotel serve athletes, officials, FEI representatives, team veterinarians, trainers and grooms. Spectator catering points are shown on the site plan.

Prayer rooms

The mosque is at the Village, north-east of the field of play (area 20 on the site plan).

First aid and medical

The human clinic (area 26) and the ambulance and horse-rescue base (area 25) are on the site plan, with on-site medical teams and specialist hospital support. Ask any steward or volunteer.

Wi-Fi

High-speed connectivity for officials, media and the public areas of the Village.

Security and guest services

24-hour security with controlled access to key areas, and volunteers and guest services supporting athletes, officials, media and visitors.

Money

The UAE dirham (AED), pegged to the US dollar at USD 1 = AED 3.6725. Payment facilities at the Village are listed with the site plan.
