The VIP programme at Butheeb is built around the vet gate: the VVIP and VIP majlis overlook the field of play where every horse arrives, is cooled and presented, and where the championship is decided. Packages for partners, federations and corporate guests are issued by the Organising Committee; register your interest below.
The programme
Three majlis on the field of play (area 2) for the leadership, the FEI and the championship's guests of honour.
Ten majlis along the vet gate (area 3) for partners, federations and corporate guests, with VIP parking beside them.
From the 05:45 start in the dark to the finish and the prize giving at 19:30: breakfast at dawn, the six vet gates through the day, the Emirati majlis tradition throughout.
Opening ceremony on Thursday 17 December at 18:00 and closing ceremony on Sunday 20 December at 12:00, with the pre-ride inspection on Friday.
