Teams
Stables open on Monday 14 December at 07:30 with the training track available from that morning. Horses are stabled by region of origin in the Village stables, with the quarantine stables and the veterinary clinic beside them. Arrival slots and stable allocations are issued through the NF team portal.
Arrival
Slots are booked in the portal for Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 December, in two-hour windows from 07:30. Sample: Team ABC · 14 Dec · 09:00–11:00.
Transporters enter by the entrance gate beside the transport office (area 22) and unload at the allocated stable block. Passports are checked on arrival.
Each horse is examined by the Veterinary Commission on arrival and again at the pre-ride inspection on Friday 18 December, 14:00–17:00.
Open from Monday 14 December, 07:30. Training times per team are published on the notice board at the stables office.
Import and health requirements for horses entering the UAE are issued by the competent authority and circulated to federations by the OC with the definite entries.
