Who is responsible

The UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation (UAEERF), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: oc.butheeb@uaeerf.ae.

What we collect

Data you give us when you subscribe to the newsletter, apply for accreditation, register interest in hospitality or contact us: name, organisation, email address, and the details needed to process an accreditation request. Technical data needed to deliver the site, and, with your consent, cookies as described in the cookie notice.

Why we use it

To run the championship: entries, accreditation, communication with teams, media and partners; to send the newsletter you asked for; to keep the website secure and understand how it is used. Data is shared with the FEI where the FEI Rules require it, and with service providers acting for the Federation.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent to the newsletter or cookies at any time by writing to oc.butheeb@uaeerf.ae.
