Parking & shuttles
Butheeb is reached by car. Spectator car parks sit at the Village, and a signposted walk leads to the vet gate area where every loop starts and finishes. Championship transport serves teams, officials and the FEI between the airports, the hotel and the Village.
Spectators
Spectators drive to Butheeb and park at the Village. The public parking areas lie on the north side of the field of play and beside the entrance gate on the east; VIP parking is on the west, officials' parking by the entrance and the organisers' parking on the south. The walking route to the vet gate area and the drop-off point for taxis and ride-hailing are marked on the site plan; opening times are published before championship week.
Ride day is long: the horses leave at 05:45 and the leaders are expected back for the final time in the late afternoon. Arriving early for the mass start, or in time for the later vet gates, are both good plans; the Village is the place to be for either.

Championship transport
Dedicated championship transport connects the official airports, the Butheeb International Endurance Village Hotel, the Village and all key event locations, with arrivals and departures coordinated by the Organising Committee. Accredited teams receive their transport details with their accreditation.
Licensed taxis, Uber, Careem and rental cars are available for everyone else, and the UAE motorway network makes Butheeb an easy drive from Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai.
