Applying

Who can apply, and how

Media accreditation for Butheeb 2026 is open to working journalists, photographers, broadcasters and digital media on assignment for a recognised outlet. Applications are made through the form on this page and reviewed by the Organising Committee's media department; accreditation is confirmed by email, and passes are collected at the accreditation centre at the Village on arrival.

Rights-holding broadcasters and their crews are accredited separately through the Organising Committee's broadcast department. Photographers working the course and the vet gate area receive a briefing on the positions and on horse-welfare conduct before ride day.

Media accreditation is separate from team accreditation, which National Federations arrange through the NF team portal.
